Soft Shell Crab Double Down
- 2 Handy Tempura Battered Prime Soft Shell Crabs.
- 2 Sliced Bacon, cooked.
- 2 Slices of ham or pork roll, grilled.
- 1 Egg, fried sunny side up.
- 1 Slice Gouda cheese.
- Maple syrup to taste.
Method for Serving
- Prepare the Tempura Soft Shell Crabs according to the instructions on the packaging.
- *For Convection ovens, reduce the cooking time by approximately 1/3*
- Assemble the Double Down on a piece of parchment paper by placing one of the crabs first, belly side up.
- Top the crab with the cheese, bacon, ham, and egg.
- Place the second crab belly side down on top of the egg and drizzle with maple syrup.
