Crab Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 1-8 oz Handy Premium Lump Crab Meat
  • 24 Fresh Button Mushrooms, Stems Removed
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ TSP Salt

Method for Serving

  • Preheat oven to 350⁰ F.
  • Mix the bread crumbs together with the salt and mayonnaise, then gently fold in the crab meat
  • Stuff a portion of the crab mixture into each of the mushroom caps
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and mushrooms are cooked through
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving
