How long does delivery usually take?

2-4 working days.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Yes. Every item we shipped requires proof of delivery, so a signature is required.

Can I collect my order from you?

Yes. Please complete your order online; choose the “Self Collect” shipping option. We will then prepare your order ready for you to collect from our premises (please see our opening times). If you can advise us what time will be best for you we will ensure everything is ready.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We're using secure payments by PayPal.

Are my card details secure?

Yes.

How can I check on the status of my order?

You can check order status under "MY ORDERS".

Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours or on the first available business day.

We Deliver to KL and PJ Areas

We're continuously working on improving and broadening our delivery options to make shopping with us more convenient.

Payment Required Prior to Delivery

Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or telephone on the estimated delivery date of your order.

If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by email or telephone with a new estimated lead time.

If your delivery does not arrive within these time periods, please contact us for assistance.

Expedited Shipping and Delivery

Next-day shipping is available on any in-stock product. You may refer to our product’s page for availability.

Customers are advised to place orders prior to 1.00pm for next day delivery otherwise delivery may be delayed by one business day. (Unless otherwise requested).

No delivery available on Wednesday and Sunday. Orders that are made on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping for orders over RM250.00.

Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate fee of RM15.00
